Who we are
Nova Automations ("Nova", "we", "us") is an early-stage business currently operated by an individual and not yet a registered company. This policy will be updated with full registration details once that changes. You can reach us at any time at hello@novaautomationsai.com.
What we collect
If you contact us or apply for a free audit: your name, email address, company name, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
If you send us a CRM export for an audit: the file typically contains personal data belonging to your own contacts and prospects — names, email addresses, company details, and notes from your conversations with them. We only receive this because you've chosen to send it to us for the specific purpose of the audit.

Why we process it, and what allows us to
- Enquiries and audit applications: to respond to you and deliver the service you've requested. Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- CRM export data (audits): processed only to produce your audit report. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the service you've requested.
Controller or processor
For your own contact details (name, email, company), we act as a controller — we decide why and how that data is used, as described in this policy.
For personal data belonging to your contacts and prospects, contained in a CRM export you send us, we act as a processor — we process it only on your instructions, for the purpose of producing your audit, and you remain the controller of that data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and contact details: kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, then deleted if no relationship continues.
- CRM export files for one-time free audits: deleted within 30 days of the audit being delivered, whether or not you go on to become a paying client.
- Data for ongoing paying clients: retained only for the duration of the agreement, under terms set out in that agreement.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data you share with us, and we're working toward more secure file-handling as the business grows. If you have any concern about how a specific piece of data was handled, email us — we'll respond directly and honestly.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us:
- what data we hold about you
- to correct inaccurate data
- to delete your data
- to restrict or object to certain processing

Children
Nova's services are intended for businesses, not individual consumers, and are not directed at or marketed to children.
