The content of this website is provided for general information about Nova Automations and its products. It does not form part of any contract or constitute a commercial offer. Product descriptions reflect Nova Opportunity Monitor as currently designed — functionality may change as the product develops. Interface examples shown are illustrative, using sample records, and do not represent any customer's real data or results.
The free audit
The one-time free CRM pipeline audit is offered at our discretion and may be limited in availability. Applying for a free audit does not create a contract or ongoing commitment on either side. See our Privacy Policy for how any file you send us is handled and how long it's kept.
Paid plans (Weekly Monitor, Full Ops)
Before any paid engagement begins, we'll agree the specific terms with you in writing by email — including price, what's included, payment terms, and notice period for cancellation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a paid contract on its own; the pricing shown is indicative and confirmed in writing before work starts.
Payment & cancellation
Once agreed, either party can end a paid arrangement with 30 days' written notice by email. Any client data we hold at that point will be deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Refunds, part-month charges, and any other payment detail will be set out in the written agreement for your specific plan.
Intellectual property
Everything on this website — text, design, and product content — belongs to Nova Automations unless stated otherwise. Reports and drafted follow-ups produced for you as part of a paid engagement are yours to use freely in your business. All trade marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Any data or business information you share with us for the purpose of an audit or ongoing service is kept confidential and used only to deliver that service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
What we're responsible for, and what we're not
Nova provides an analysis and recommendation service based on the data you give us. We take reasonable care in producing every report, but the findings and suggested actions are advisory — decisions about your pipeline and your business remain yours. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of a Nova report, beyond what UK law requires as a minimum.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top will change too. Material changes will be made clearly visible on this page.
